I stay here several times a year and have never had a negative experience. Friendly, professional staff from the front desk to cleaning service. Great location. Good food. Updated, quiet and comfortable rooms. More

Upon checking in, I asked for a corner room (more spacious according to reviews)...as my husband and I were staying for 5 nights. The answer from reception was that none were available and that we were already in an "upgraded" room. Our room turned out to be right next to the elevator and initially had a few problems. The sink... More

I stayed at the Intercontinental Yorkville with a couple girlfriends and it was very nice. Clean rooms, big bathroom, Keurig coffee maker in room, robes, and friendly, helpful staff. Location was good too - a quick walk to lots of shops and dining. I would recommend is to use the hotel parking lot for $30. We used at the "Green... More

My husband and I decided to go to Jays homeopener at last minute and found a fantastic room at the InterContinental! The location is fantastic, only a 13 dollar cab ride from the Rogers Center, in the middle of the best shopping in the city, and the bartender Mike at their vodka bar Proof was totally entertaining and mixes a... We have just returned from our 1st visit to Toronto and Canada. We stayed at the InterContinental Toronto Yorkville ( I selected this hotel after reading the Trip Advisor reviews). I totally agree with the reviews. We had a wonderful stay. We stayed in a 2 queen bedded room ( for myself, my husband and our 5 year old). Loads... More

Just enjoyed a $58 pp Easter brunch. Food was okay, but the entourage and service was not. Actually there hardly was any service. You were lucky to get a refill on your coffee every once in a while, but we had to wait 15 minutes before we got our first beverage. No wine selection was presented. Grumpy waiting staff was... More

Dear Foxcote5830, Thank you kindly for taking the time to submit your review of your experience at Signatures Restaurant. We are delighted that you joined us for Easter Brunch! I do apologize if you found the service lacking during the brunch service, I can assure you it was definitely an exception to the usually superb customer service our staff provides... More

After initial rooming problems, there were 3 of us but only 1 bed and breakfast vouchers for 2 people, we were given a bigger room with 2 beds and eventually got ourbreakfast vouchers. Reception staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The Concierges, all of them, were terrific and extremely helpful. Again, nothing was too much trouble.... More

I wasn't wowed by anything, but overall a very good stay. Location is very convenient to shopping and dining. It is not a five star property, but it was a good value for a four star property. Don't expect a luxury experience and you won't be disappointed. More
