Looks like a dive from the outside but it was actually clean when you walked inside. Needs major updating including new carpets and beds. Front staff was OK. Skip the free breakfast next morning and go to Tims or somewhere else. Was OK for 1 night stay but would likely try the new Super 8 next time. More

The hotel staff are friendly, and fluently bilingual - the hotel is located in the French neighbourhood of Timmins.
