My wife and I travel to the Soo every May, and always stay at the Fairfield. The staff is great, rooms clean and overall the hotel is newer and very nice. Only complaint is that the AC only goes down to 70, which is a bit warm at night, but not bad. Great restaurants across the highway. More

You would think that a Fairfield Inn would not be too expensive, but then, if you want to stay in a newish, spotless Marriott, with a couple of computers hooked up to a printer, and a good breakfast, and plenty of nearby restaurants, you have to pay what the market will bear. More
