This is a great centrally located hotel with friendly staff and wonderful manager - they do what they can to make things right. We stayed here for 4 days for a mini vacation. Rooms were beautiful. Close to all attractions and within walking distance. Staff was friendly and very welcoming. We have 2 teenagers and they would like to return soon. More

Our flights got cancelled so westjet vacations redirected us to Ottawa before heading to Jamaica. This hotel was absolutely wonderful! We chose a double suite (two double beds, and a double sofa bed in the living room) for three of us. Been the second time in 3 years coming back to the Cartier Suite... Service was very polite and fast at the front desk, suite (with 2 bedroom) was clean and roomy...
