My friend warned me about staying in North York. However, this place is beside a Police station; the parking lot is well lighted. Thus, I felt safe. The hotel was very clean. I did not experience any inconvenience from the renovation. Front desk staff were friendly. All in all, it is one of the better Holiday Inn Express around.

The hotel itself is OK for an overnight. The only issue was the room was extremly stuffy and had no help from front desk. The hotel is clean and I would book it again, if in the area.

Simple, clean, comfortable and conveniently located for my visit (to the hospital nearby). The staff were friendly. The breakfast was very good...eggs, sausage, pancakes, coffee, juice and an assortment of bread, bagels, cereals etc.

The place was comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful.
Only problem was that I couldn't make long distance business calls with the calling card they promoted at the front desk. It was technically impossible to make important calls from my room. The staff tried but were unsuccessful.

If you don't need to be downtown, this is an excellent choice in value and location. Close to great shopping, easy access to 401. Rooms are nice (we stayed on the Priority One floor), staff is very friendly and accommodating. I was able to get an extra late checkout and got some work caught up. Restaurant staff are really great.

We used these guys for a wedding, they gave us a wrong number for booking rooms, and when our guests got there they were extremely rude to them. They refused to hand out gift bags and wanted to wake up our guests at 2 am to tell them to get the gift bags. They are by far the worst hotel...
