The house is really lovely and comfortable. The hosts are really nice people and they have great breakfast! The location is close to the center of the town where all the shops and restaurants are. In the morning, we heard a lot of birds singing beautifully. We really enjoyed the stay. We will definitely stay in Apple Tree for our... More

What a charming B&B! The hosts were exceptionally welcoming and warm, even staying up to greet us for our late-night arrival. Rooms offer a romantic atmosphere and are very well-adorned with period Victorian furniture and decor. We stayed in the Golden Delicious room and the fireplace, plush linens and newly remodeled bathroom with DEEP jacuzzi tub made us feel cozy... More

Easy to book. Most friendly owners right on the premises who were welcoming and helpful in providing advice/hints to add to the enjoyment of our getaway. Scrumptious breakfasts and cookie treats. NOTL is a lovely area of Ontario with cute shops, a vast array of eating establishments, a plethora of fine, innovative wineries, and so close to the Falls and... More

I expected this B&B to be a little run down... it's an old house! They have done an excellent job keeping the charm of the old place but making it really nice and updated. Our bathroom was great, had a nice jet tub, new tile and vanity. Nice and quiet at night and really convenient to Queen St too! I'm... More

Gail and David maintain a wonderful B & B a block from Main street in Old Yown Niagra on the lake. Gail is not only a wonderful cook , the two course breakfast, fresh and different every morning, but also a wonderful concierge. It was really clean, comfortable, and charming. We had a great time. Thanks so much! Kathryn and... More

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay here. Great food, great advice, lovely time talking with others over breakfast. Quiet and private. We walked everywhere in town and rented bikes nearby. Our only disappointment was the size of the room, which was small for the two of us, who like to spread out. But there are other rooms that... More
