To begin, my wife got a confirmation. But, when we arrived, front desk said we were unconfirmed. We were offered a jacuzzi room at a reduced rate. We went to see the room before accepting. Carpet was dirty (looked like mud tracked in), room was small and it stank bad. You can tell they're trying with a refurbished lobby. But,... More

People beware...this is the most terribly run company my daughter and I have ever experienced. Your first clue should be that they NEVER answer the phone...DO NOT buy any discount coupons...it is still over priced with the discount. The office closes at 6 pm so say goodbye to ice or any deficiences you might want dealt with. The rooms smell... More

The old short man at the front desk was extremely rude. Everything in the online advertisements were not in the room except a small tv that was no bigger 15 inches. Lets begin, there was a hole in the wall, hair in the bathtub and the shower walls, cockroaches in the bed, blankets were burnt with cigarette holes in them,... More

This is a very basic hotel. Not sure what people expect for $49 + $5(parking). I found the room very clean. The beds were comfortable and the bedding was nice. The bathroom could use a frersh coat of paint. The office staff where friendly and efficient. Had to get a light bulb and it was delivered to the door almost... More

This motel was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in at Niagara Falls. We had only gone to this place because we purchased a deal through one of the websites that offered a discounted room for $49. Thank goodness we did not buy more. This motel is right off Stanley from the highway, that is the only... More

I don't know where some of these other positive reviews came from, if people were paid to post them, or better yet, they were posted by staff, but that was the WORST hotel room I have ever stayed in. My kids went online and purchased a package for $119. as an anniversary gift for my husband and myself. That included... More

We too stayed here using an online discount for $50 for the night and after reading some of the reviews we were expecting the worst and found it wasn't all that bad. Yes the rooms aren't beautiful and need some improvement but what do you expect for $50. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable which I think... More

Probably one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. The carpet had wear holes and stains all over it. Their online write up says there are hair dryers and coffee service in the rooms. There was none of that. Even the ice maker wasn't working. The smell was so bad we sat on the asphalt in the parking... More
