I was very disappointed with this hotel. Dirty washcloths left in the bathroom. No personal amenities in the bathroom. Rooms were clean and large. We had a great view of both falls. Had 3 nice restaurants in hotel but was connected to the Casino. Nice stay very good service and quick check in. Would stay again. Alarm went off in middle of night but was handled very quickly.

Overall a great experience. We had a deluxe suite in 42nd floor. The view was amazing and we were able to watch the fireworks from our room. You were able to walk to the falls and the attractions. Lots of restaurant choices and a bridge connects to the casino.

Room was very dusty; I woke up congested/sore throat. Only 2 of 6 elevators functioning; took over 1 hour to get down to check out; absoutely no room for more passengers in the elevators. This hotel is great, from the kind staff to the amazing rooms.
