The hotel was in a great place, right across the street from the White Water River Walk where we could buy our attraction/transportation passes. The Front desk staff was amazing. But I hope you don't care about TV. I understand that the type of "cable" they have is a huge problem... hard to turn on; frustrating to change the channels.

Great location and the first level was great. Next to a temple over looking the river. Everywhere else need improvement and fixing. Mainly the bathrooms and the door to the sauna. I would have spend the extra 50 and stay by the falls at Double Tree instead.

Super rate and away from the hustle of the downtown. Quiet at night which I can't imagine happens anywhere else in Niagara. Staff was great- breakfast just fine. Kids liked the pool though it was not heated. Brrrr. No fridge in our room which was a bummer for the ice packs and cooler but we managed. Again- pleasant and helpful... More
