Just leaving the seven oakes after 3 nights with a sports team. Great choice. Central and close to everything. Metro right next door and timmies down the street. 10 minute drive to downtown. Susie(the owner) is very nice and had no issues. Safe and quite. This is the place to stay if you're in the area.

If you happen to be in Kingston and looking for a friendly place to stay, this is the spot. The owners are very friendly and always looking to satisfy your needs, the room is clean and nice for its price.

It was our intend to stay just one night and to carry on toward Montreal. However this motel and Kingston made us stay another night. The owners are very helpful and you get greeted as you were an old friend. The rooms are at the back of a spacious yard away from the road and therefore very quiet.

We stayed for a weekend, the place is kept very clean and was a good price. There were 7 other families with us and they had the same impression. The location was easy to get to from the highway and quick enough to drive downtown. Very friendly owner.
