Booked on line once checked in rooms are contagious looking! No refunds! Stay far away! Good Reviews are made buy owners. Carpets and furniture stain with who knows what! The only people that rent these rooms either deal or by drugs.

I just spent the weekend at this motel and found it to be of good value. When I had priced around; I found this place to be the most affordable. It proved to be good value for the money and within a good location; several restaurants nearby...and even a couple of "Tim Horton's" within reasonable walking distance. It was clean... More

Just leaving the seven oakes after 3 nights with a sports team. Great choice. Central and close to everything. Metro right next door and timmies down the street. 10 minute drive to downtown. Susie(the owner) is very nice and had no issues. Safe and quite. This is the place to stay if you're in the area.

If you happen to be in Kingston and looking for a friendly place to stay, this is the spot. The owners are very friendly and always looking to satisfy your needs, the room is clean and nice for its price.

It was our intend to stay just one night and to carry on toward Montreal. However this motel and Kingston made us stay another night. The owners are very helpful and you get greeted as you were an old friend. The rooms are at the back of a spacious yard away from the road and therefore very quiet.

I have stayed here for 4 nights twice now. On the first visit I couldn't connect to the wifi. They sent someone out right away to get it working. I got a call in 1/2 an hour saying that it was fixed. This is the best value around in my opinion. It is clean and the owners are very friendly... More

We always have a great expericence at this location. The Proprietors (husband and wife) are the very best, and ever so friendly. The two of them work tremendously hard to ensure their rooms are the very best they can be. Super clean and comfortable. We usually always get room 51, to the left of the office. There is only one... A comfortable bed, very clean room, a quiet place, Internet access, and safe considering there where 10 kids with us. An affordable price, in a unique motel which is managed by people who care deeply about the property and there guests. The basketball court occupied the downtime and allowed the parents to socialize without worrying about the kids. If you... More

We stayed for a weekend, the place is kept very clean and was a good price. There were 7 other families with us and they had the same impression. The location was easy to get to from the highway and quick enough to drive downtown. Very friendly owner.

Essential to a good night on the road: a comfortable bed, a clean room, a quiet place, Internet access, and knowing you’re safe. If you can get all that, in a city you love to visit, at an affordable price, in a unique motel that is managed by people who care deeply about the property and every guest, you are... More
