The location is in an industrial area. The room was small and dated. The bathroom was dingy and tiny. The bed uncomfortable, the walls very thin. Booked in for a wedding weekend - note that the 4th floor use to be the smoking floor - there have been no changes to carpets/drapes/bedding so rooms still have a smoking odor.
