Staff are amazing. They went out of their way to help us as we forgot our toiletry bag by giving us a free tooth brush/paste, comb, razor, shaving cream, etc. Very clean, nice breakfast (better than other hamptons I have been at). “Great place in Guelph”

I stay here probably 6 to 7 times a year. Nice hotel, quiet, near to shops, food, entertainment. Always clean, nice people, very competent, working there, clean facilities, functional exercise room, pool, hot tub. Nice to have a fridge in the room that has a freezer.

“Hampton Inn Guelph”

I was an extremely late arrival due to airlines/weather and got lost. Hotel Manager on duty called 3 times to make sure I was okay and then gave simple directions to get me there quickly and safely. All the other staff were just as friendly and helpful. Will be there again on my next trip.

“Terrible HVAC”

Could not get the room below 75 degrees, door was off the unit and you could see the thermostate was damaged abviously there is very little maintanece at this hotel.Definitley will not stay in this hotel again.

“Very good in solving issues”

“Great value for price”

The room was clean and although there were no frills, it was worth the price that we paid for it. There was a good selection of hot foods for breakfast- definitely a bonus not to have to find somewhere else to eat.

Stayed here in June of 2012 and the reception was less than stellar. Stayed again while visiting family for Christmas and the change was remarkable, front end staff went out of their way to help us.
