A quiet, peaceful and impeccably clean place to stay. The backyard is full of birds and wildlife. We had a great time watching red foxes and woodpeckers and cardinals and finches flutter about from the sanctity of the sunroom. Breakfast was hearty and very thoughtfully prepared. I have some difficult-to-manage allergies and Hope catered to them without difficulty or complaint- and everything was delicious! I would very much recommend this place if you are looking for privacy and peace.

My husband and I stayed here while bicycling the Greater Niagara Cycle Route. You won't be able to find a B&B closer to the bicycle path than this one! The entire main floor of the house is the B&B. Our room was large with a walk-out to the patio garden. There is also a large sun room. We were the only guests so had the entire space to ourselves. Breakfast was scrumptious and we were given healthy snacks to take on the ride to our next destination. The hosts are friendly and considerate. We'd recommend the Italian restaurant nearby - excellent food with beautiful presentation.

We found this b+b by chance as it was close to a friends beach house that was full to capacity with company. We enjoyed our stay (two nights) very much. The accommodations were impeccability clean and nicely renovated. Beautiful garden room, comfy bed and blackout blinds, quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was delicious and very hearty. Hope aims to please and I got the sense this couple takes great pride in their business. The only thing that was a little off putting to me was the number of religious symbols in the 'Front Room' that we stayed in. I have no problem with a cross or crucifix etc. It was more about the amount of religious symbols in the room.

My husband and I spent one night here whilst cycling in the Niagara region. We found the B&B to be very clean with modern facilities and lovely decor. After a long ride a drink in the garden watching the birds was the perfect end to the day and we loved the peace and privacy. Our hosts were very friendly and accommodating as we had to leave very early before breakfast but Hope and Chuck left us food in the fridge to take with us. As we were there only one night it was not a problem to us to have only one restaurant in walking distance (1km walk along the friendship trail) and we enjoyed our pizza. There is a list of all nearby restaurants but you would probably need to drive to most of them. We're sorry our stay was so short, we would have loved to stay a bit longer.

Found this by chance and couldn't have struck luckier. Lovely room overlooking the garden, very friendly hosts, and quiet location. Common facilities conservatory, lounge and kitchen with complementary hot drinks, pop and water. Rina's restaurent 1km walk away along the friendship trail. Does excellent Italian food and reasonably priced wine.

Nestled between the bike trail & the forest, the b & b offered a welcome rest after a long bike trip, waking up to the birds singing. Excellent breakfast & hosts aim to please. Only drawback is that there's only one restaurant nearby. Make sure you bring a bathing suit to enjoy the nearby sandy beach.
