We stayed overnight while attending a company Xmas party and found the room to be very spacious, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean. Breakfast the next morning was great with an ability to get both hot and cold dishes. We did not have time to try out the pool so I can't say what that was like....

The rooms are always clean, the staff friendly and willing to help. The dining is fairly good - breakfast buffet can be ordered according to individual preferences - that is omelettes, pancakes etc. It is central to many attractions and shopping.

Love the Hilton Garden Inn as have stayed many times in the US.Lobby looked the same and desk persons friendly. Had to wait the next day to have room cleaned till almost suppertime then no towels/ facecloths- housekeeping were overworked as hotel sold out.Breakfast mediocre. Location was convenient. Fitness center had worn out machines.

We were 10 who stayed in 7 rooms. The rooms were bright and clean and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. For the price the quality was above standards. I've stayed in Hotels in Downtown Ottawa at 3 times the price for about the same quality. Breakfast included in the price of the room was a great time saver for us....
