We found this hotel on the CAA site and booked it through that. Upon checkout we were told that the rate we booked online was wrong and we were charged $30 more. When I questioned that, the woman said "oh, they just haven't updated their website". How was that our fault? I even emailed the Manager of the hotel afterwards... More

We have stayed there before kids, and were satisfied. However this time was not so great. The whole place needs to be cleaned and aired out, the carpets in the foyer, halls and rooms are in hard shape. Really enjoyed the place after a couple of years away. The staff were friendly and positive and my room was renovated as was most of the common areas it seemed. I stay here as it has the only pool in Corner Brook and now business class rooms which makes it the best choice for me. More
