If you find yourself in the Northern Avalon area of Newfoundland, I highly recommend staying at the Brittoner in Brigus. The host, Betty, is quite welcoming and she makes you feel at home and comfortable right away. (She also makes a delicious French toast!) My wife and I and our two kids really enjoyed this B and B. The building has a lot of spirit and it's clean and cozy. Brigus sure is a cool little town. We thought this was an excellent B&B. Brigus itself is a delightful town and the B&B building is over 160 years old. The rooms and bathrooms were very large and were clean and well-presented.
