Things must have changed in the three years between this review and the last review about this motel. We booked this place as a stopover on the way from one end of NL to the other. We stayed at this motel for two separate nights on our recent two week trip in Newfoundland. It's quite basic, good price, has everything you'd need in terms of the amenities, and the owners (mother and adult son) are just a hoot.
