From the warm friendly greeting, to the excellent check-in, to the great hot breakfast with sausage, bacon, scrambled eggs (so-so), pancakes; this whole hotel experience was very nice. I like to have a microwave in the room, but everything else was so nice that I could overlook not having an oven. Stay here when you're in Moncton.

My husband had an appointment with an eye doctor. Everything went well. We went out for supper with a friend. WE relaxed in the room which was very clean and comfortable.. Everyone at the reception desk of Best Western was friendly. Even the sun appeared to brighten our stay.

We stayed here for a weekend and it was nothing by harrassment by the front counter staff and management. They chased people up and down the halls, throughout the building, threatening to contact the police if you left your door ajar, and were rude and terrible to the guests. I will never stay here again.
