I stayed in this hotel because the Delta was fully booked that week, and it was an decent value for it's location. The furnishings are relatively new, and there is a (small) indoor pool in the basement that has hardly seen any use which means I had it all to myself.

Back to back with the Balmoral St. bus station and the University of Winnipeg.
Both a Pizza-place and a Starbucks have been opened on the same property.
Tipical HI rooms, good and had been up-dated.
Parking (paid) is adjacent
Restaurant is good for both break-fast and lunch.
