This was our second visit to the Crystal Lodge, we also stayed in 2010 and didn't want to book anywhere else. Weirdly laid out hotel jammed in around some shops and restaurants. All perfectly satisfactory but nothing special. Room was a bit small - no room for 2 suitcases open at the same time. Expensive parking - $22 per day compared to $8 per day in the public car park nearby. Service was efficient and courteous.

We stayed 2 nights. Requested a room away from main square so it would be a bit quieter...as it was a long weekend. Perfect location in downtown Whistler for walking anywhere. The hotel staff is exceptional, front desk took care of every request with smiles and a genuine 'want to help' approach.
