We were a bit hesitant about booking at this campground given some of the negative reviews. We decided to go to Whistler at the last minute in our Westfalia camper. Once we arrived, check in was very smooth and fast. The staff was very friendly and informative. Our campsite was as advertised--a RV site with picnic table, firepit and water/... More

We stayed at Riverside for a total of 4 nights during our time in Whistler. During our stay we found the staff to be very friendly and helpful and the site to be well kept and set in lovely surroundings. The site is located only a short taxi ride from the village making it an ideal location to base yourself... More

We stayed in one of the log cabins for three nights with two toddlers (1 and 2.5yrs old). The cabin is very cosy, comfortable and warm. The cabins are not very large especially the kitchen is a bit small. Furniture, bedding, kitchenware are all very well equipped. Laundry facilities, visitor information, front desk and playground at the campground are all... More

Stayed in one of their new yurt setups. It's like a pre-setup tent/fort. One room, contains table, chairs, fouton, bunk beds. Everything ya need nothing ya don't. Bathroom and showers near by in a seperate building. Cozy even in the winter. Cheap accommodation is hard to find in whistler and this hit the spot. Highly recommended. More

At £32 a night for a fully-serviced pitch it was a bit expensive but was a nice site. It had pull-through sites with a table each and a fire ring. The location was handy for Whistler. You could take the riverside walk (about 25 mins) or a free shuttle from reception - very handy, but a shame it doesn't run... More

Rustic log cabins made such a nice change from a hotel room. Beautiful setting & helpful staff. Free shuttle to the main village if you don't have a car. Being able to cook after 2 weeks of staying in hotels was fantastic! This place is a hidden gem & would appeal to Aussie families like us who like to stay... More

Convenient location, and nice family campsite. The sites are small but treed and the views are lovely. In the past partiers in the back tent sites have been noisy, but it was very quiet last time (august). Staff is very helpful with maps, directions etc. Really nice paved biking trails for a nice ride into the village. All trailer sites... More

We stayed one night at the new multi-use camping area, which is on a hillside above the rest of the campground. The sites were small and kind of barren; no grass, just gravel and dirt. We had a small camping trailer so we used their electrical and water hookups. I'd say the sites were 60% tenters and 40% (small) RV'ers.... More

We were impressed with the facilities at Riverside, its great location, friendly staff and super clean washrooms. A great family campsite with everything you need. Nice campsite near the river, softly lit at night to get to the washroom. Food caches (bear prevention) provided on campsites which is very thoughtful and free shuttle into Whistler a real plus. We will... More

We chose to have a real camping experience so we didn't stay for the night.... If you like to pay way too much for a poor tent site is the best place! More
