When I book a motel what I really want is a clean room and quiet surroundings and the Travelodge delivers on both. The rooms are dated, but spotless. We had a room with two queen beds.The beds are very soft and the bottom sheet is not fitted so it comes untucked during the night.

Wow, it sure is expensive to stay in the beautiful Okanagan Valley! The Vernon Travelodge is no exception. But I have to write this review to commend the management on their friendly, helpful service. And the cleaning crew for the spotless condition of the room and bath.
The place itself is old and worn. Furnished in Early Thrift Store style....

Enjoyed my stay there. Good location on outskirts of downtown Vernon but very quiet. Had wireless internet which I didn't expect.

It was cheap, clean and has a central location. Also a nice mid sized television. Walking distance from downtown core restaurants. Our problem, the air conditioning unit was very old and noisy, so we had to open the windows to sleep and the nearby traffic didn't help us sleep well. Internet was weak.
