Rosewood is a Bed and Breakfast that we have stayed at twice as an RCI exchange. The location is right on the edge of downtown behind Parliament, giving easy walking access to everything downtown. The place is beautiful in the context of it being a period heritage style building, and not a highrise hotel. The staff were very accommodating in... More

It's an old Inn , so you have to expect old things. It was neat staying there though, you could hear the horse carriage's going by in the evening, clip clop.We stayed there for 5 nights. We were glad we stayed there and would go back .. Only 2 blocks from the Inner Harbour and The Parliament Building's.Right on the edge... More

A old house charm and an english style breakfast just walking distance from downtown Victoria. The area is very quiet, and sometimes you think you can hear horses outside your window and just then a horse drawn carrage goes by and you realize you have just travelled back in time. Thats relaxation! We stay at the Roswood whenever we have... More

We stayed at the Rosewood this January and it was great! Very nice, well appointed room with a small refrig and microwave for snacks. The free wi-fi was an unexpected bonus! Breakfasts were amazing and more than we could usually eat. The staff was friendly and very accommodating, especially when we had a problem with ferry transportation the day we... More

We spent one week at the Rosewood Victoria Inn in October of 2011. The hotel was warm and welcoming upon arrival, but our room at the top of the stairs was more cozy second hand chic than the antiques that furnished the public rooms. Our room was nonetheless clean and functional, until we discovered that when entering the downstairs foyer,... More

We stayed at the Rosewood Victoria Inn in June & found this Inn & surrounding area delightful! All colors of roses were blooming along a white picket fence in the front yard. We had a top floor room with a small porch & refrigerator & microwave. The room was immaculate, nice comfortable bed, & small couch. Our front windows looked... More

The staff at the Rosewood were exceptional! They were eager to do anything to make our stay more enjoyable. The Inn is in a great location - just a few blocks away from the wharf, museum and other sights in Victoria. Hot breakfast was served in a darling dining area with tables for 4 and 2 with lovely china. Our... More

I am a regular visitor to the Rosewood and have been for years. There are a number of things that are important for the visitor to understand: 1. This is a combination of two older buildings joined together with a common eating area. It is expected that internal and external (street) noise will be an issue for many given its... More

This is our fourth stay here. The time before this was quite problematic but.... this time was great -again. We were celebrating our 40th anniversary this time so it had to be good. We were given the "Venetian" - "Honeymoon Suite". It is a very spacious and nicely decorated room with a huge jacuzzi tub - very nice. Everything was... More
