Spent one night only at this hotel, it was clean throughout and the pool was of high quality. We found the staff very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. The restaurant on the top floor was outstanding with fantastic views over the city and the of course the food was also of a very high standard. We... More

Stayed 3 nights, staff, restaurant, suite everything was just excellent. Never been o/s before and our first stop has impressed us. Close to downtown shopping, museums, Parliament House etc. nothing is too much of a problem for the staff. If we come to Victoria again this is where we will stay

This hotel is basically a three star, but might be considered three and a half on some scales. Definitely enjoyed my stay here, although it was only for one night. We upgraded to a suite on arrival (it was really not much extra)— I would say it was better than your average Holiday Inn Express or similar. The room was... More

This was a wonderful place to stay. A gourmet restaurant on the top floor with views of Victoria, a terrific swimming pool and hot tub with an excellent dressing area, and a bed that had sheets and linens that were terrific. We both slept like babies. We had free parking. We appreciated being able to eat our breakfast and small... More

I've always stayed here as the staff are great, helpful and go the extra mile to help with virtually anything. The rooms are a nice size, welcoming and clean. Having travelled to Victoria frequently, this is a pleasant alternative to some of the other hotels in the area. For me, the personalized service really makes the difference and I'm not... More

This hotel is located In the heart of down town Victoria...so it can be a bit noisy (earplugs are good). But, very handy for restaurants, walks along the sea wall, and museums. It is a clean hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Their roof top restaurant and Clives bar were a bonus. I would stay here again and would... More

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of May. On arrival we were greeted by very friendly front of house staff. We had a 1 bedroom suite on the 15th floor which was lovely. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster in the kitchen area. There was a large flat screen tv in... More

Many thanks for the review Lynn. It was great meeting you and hearing about your perspective our destination while on site. Also, so nice of you to go public upon you return home. There has always been a strong tie between Victoria and Britain. Your efforts to sell our destination will only strengthen that. Good luck to you. We look... More

Right in the heart of downtown Victoria this recently refurbished hotel is the place to stay. Large comfortable beds with very helpful staff. The views from the upstairs bar are worth a visit. Fee parking and wifi included in our package made for a fabulous stay.

This hotel has it all...clean well equipped rooms at an extremely affordable price. We stayed in a king suite with separate bedroom, and living room. Very well furnished with a couch, chair/ottoman and a desk. A sink, microwave and refrigerator we also provided. The property is just northeast of the Empress, which hosted a convention we were attending. For the... More

We were celebrating my birthday, so I made a reservation for 24 people for Breakfast in the restaurant there, Vista 18. The staff were fantastic and very helpful, although the young lady who took the initial reservation wrote P.M. instead of A.M.! All my guests loved the menu. the waitress who was our "hostess" was fabulous, the view wonderful. My... More

Thank you and happy belated birthday JudyT, I am glad to see we handled your group for breakfast despite the error on PM for the reservation. A large table like that will slow individual orders down somewhat but the kitchen would generally take steps ahead of time to prepare for a peak in orders. Our mistake on the reservation was...
