It was basic, motel quality disguised as a boutique (yes, they call themselves that) hotel property. Bed was pretty comfortable. Location was good. Buffet breakfast was standard. WiFi was slow. The downstairs bar was pretty good. There are vending machines on site if need be. Bathrooms are tiny. No mini bar (empty or filled).

About a 10 min walk uphill from the Yale town sky train stop. About a 20 min walk to pacific center shopping. So you decide if close or not. Rooms were clean but tired - stayed in a suite on top level. Breakfast was very good and good service throughout hotel by all staff.
