Just returned from weekend with another couple. We had an ocean view room (great), they had a "parking lot" view. Their room was nice BUT the heat would NOT turn off & if they opened the window it was too noisy to sleep so they roasted all night. Told staff at the desk in the morning but on our return... More

The Hotel is excellent for the B.C. Ferry connection, which was the reason for or stay. On arrival we were met with the sound of building work, but the room was ready early and had a great view out to sea. It was not long before we realised we had no heating, called reception who kindly organised a maintenance man.... More

Thank you for telling us about your experience with our property on your recent visit to Prince Rupert. I'm sorry that you experienced problems with the heating in your room. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected malfunction in our heating system that affected a number of rooms. Although we do try to relocate guests to other rooms if there is a... More

Friends and myself spent three excellent nights at the Inn on the Harbour in Prince Rupert BC. the service was 5 star as well as the rooms. The hospitality was second to none.. The continental Breakfast was excellent. Both the room and the hotel were spotless. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone. Dodie From Prince George BC. More

We stayed 2 nights between arriving by ferry and departing by train. They are renovating the entry area putting in a lift but it didn't impact on the experience. The room was spacious with separate chairs and table by the expansive window so you could utilise the provided binoculars. The included breakfast was a nice bonus. Just one issue for... More

I regulary stay here because the price is great, the rooms are clean and breakfast is included. Generally speaking the hotel is very quiet, although of course, this hotel, like every hotel in the world is noisy when the hotel is fully booked. The breakfast is nice with muffins and toast, juices and yogurt and coffee or tea. This is... More

Although I have visited Prince Rupert on many occasions this was my first stay at the Inn on the HARBOUR. I was pleasantly suprised with the friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms with an awesome view overlooking the Harbour. This will be my stay of choice in the future. More

I stayed at this hotel over the weekend for two nights in between Ferries. We had a harbour view room with a California king bed. The room was nicely appointed with a flat screen tv, mini fridge, and in room coffee maker. The bathroom could use an update, but it was clean. The shower went from cold to hot quite... More

My wife and I stayed here overnight before boarding the BC Ferry to Vancouver Island. I agree with others here who have said the harbor view rooms are superior. I loved the view out the expansive window and the binoculars that were waiting there for our use was a nice touch. I didn't see any whales and just a few... More

This hotel is centrally located in town, from where you can walk to the shops and restaurants. It is also opposite the airport drop off point so was ideal for us flying in and then catching the ferry the next morning. Check in was prompt and reception staff friendly. We had booked a mountain view room, which was perfectly adequate... More

Clean rooms but a litlle small, we had a " mountain " side which really was parking level and the view was a car parked right a front of the window. The hotel could use some updates: bathroom fan didn't work even after maintenance guy check, water temp was very irregular: almost burn me in shower and was going on... More
