I cant comment on the hotel side of this place, But I've eaten here a few times and the food has been very good and the staff were always pleasant. Easily the best fish & chips in town, much nicer than "Smiles"

Pro: quite big room, restaurant-pub in the same building, quiet location, free wireless, quite close to the ferries port
