We stayed in this motel whilst biding our time to catch the ferry to VI. Initial acces to the office and subsequent rooms is up a series of steps which for people carrying cases is difficult - it is not disable friendly. The room was large with a kitchenette containing stove, frig, microwave. We had two comfy queen beds. There... More

Four of us & a dog stayed one night. For a change, we try to go Prince Rupert once a month & we always stay at the Aleeda. Great price & they are always very friendly with us - they love our Doberman. We always get a kitchenette. When we told them it was our anniversary, we got another discount.... More

Used this hotel based on a recomendation from the agent selling me a ferry ticket. Although the price was right, in this situation, I got what I paid for. This is a old, used hard facility. It smelled like someone was cooking in another room. The downtown location did nothing to make me feel comfortable. My #1 concern is that... More

Great location and amazing value. If your looking for fancy and high class style, this is not the place. But Its clean and functional. When we were looking on a cold rainy day after camping for several days this place fit the bill! We got upgraded to a kitchette at no additional cost and at $55 the best deal in... More

The woman who checked us in deserves an award for the least welcoming of anywhere I have stayed in the world. After filling in the usual form I handed it back and asked if there was anything else needed. "I need payment!" was the terse reply. I received no greeting or thankyou or even something resembling a smile from this... More

After a 15 hour trip in the Inside Passage ferry we arrived at Aleeda Motel. The "Irish" lady at the front desk was simply OUTSTANDING...she gave us some real and valuable advices regarding our trip, she was also nice and really wanted to help us. The motel has a good value for money proposition. The room was very clean and... More

We stayed here one night during a <12 hour stopover between ferries. This is an older, very simple and modest motel, but nice and clean with friendly hosts. Quick check-in process - less than 2 minutes. Sure, the carpet is old and worn, but it is vacuumed clean, then bedding is clean and the bathroom and kitchenette were spotless. Clean... More

We've stayed in the Aleeda before, and the fact that we returned shows that we'd found it satisfactory in the past. The rooms are of a good size, with a kitchenette, and they provide a decent continental breakfast. Unfortunately, on our last (and I mean last!) visit, we found ourselves sleeping on a bed so broken and worn out that... More

This motel is really run-down, it's dirty and extremely depressing. The lady at the reception barely said a word when we checked in, but the process took about ten minutes it's so complicated and slow. These folks would be out of business if it wasn't for the inside passage. Passengers need a room to stay and have no choice in... More

Stayed here after driving from Grande Prairie and prior to taking inside passage ferry next morning. Booked this motel after reading reviews on TA. Upon arrival husband was very negative, didn't even want to go in as the outside looks very old and dumpy. I said we would just go in and check. Price was great and rooms were HUGE... More
