Stayed at the Treasure Cove Hotel for three nights in late March on a business trip. Hotel is very pleasant, has nice, clean and spacious rooms with plenty of light. Bedroom has window that opens for fresh air - a nice feature. Frig in the room along with a tea pot. Wireless is available at no cost and high speed.... More

Nice enough hotel with nice perks. They have a waterslide pool and hot tub that I would like to enjoy next time I come there. The included breakfast bar is awesome with waffle makers and all the fixings. I found it comfortable and quiet with friendly staff. I was unhappy that there is no WiFi in the hotel and not... More

A very pricey (for what you get) hotel. Cheap, unnattractive, and very plain decor from the very small lobby to the rooms. The hotel, although not very old, is also starting to look worn and dirty in areas. In addition to the cheap and plain decor of the rooms, the layout of the rooms is also unappealing. The only positives... More

The room has comfy beds and was clean and quiet, however, I was surprised at how cramped the room felt. The price includes breakfast, which has a good selection of breads, muffins, cereals, yogurts and "make your own" waffles with a few different toppings. We ate at the restaurant at the hotel and our dinner was quite good. A few... More

Hello side-tripper, Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback. We are glad you enjoyed our continental breakfast and hot waffle bar - we are the only hotel in Prince George to offer this amenity as part of the room rate. We are in the higher price range in Prince George along with our neighboring properties. The... More

My family and I were on our way up north, and we decided to stay at the Treasure Cove. We were surprised at the price they charged for what you get. The room is relatively small, there is no closet space for your suitcase and jackets. The room looks dated and in need of a makeover. I wasn't really impressed... More

Hello Disneyfan35, Thank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed our complimentary breakfast & hot waffle bar. Unfortunately your first visit was during our lobby renovations - we hope this did not disturb your stay. We are always mindful of our guest experience and chose our slowest time of the year for the renovations. We are committed to... More

We've stayed in PG many times and this is by far the most expensive place we've booked. However, it's located away from the downtown core (that's a plus) and has a great breakfast bar, pool area for the kids, and casino for the adults. Rooms are clean and the area is relatively safe, so that makes up for the higher... More

We stayed here 2 years ago and the place was almost brand new. Service was good. This year we booked 2 adjoining rooms. About a week before we arrived I asked if they could book us a hospitality suite so we could host a small family reception. We were told that they only had one room that was available and... More

I'm not sure about BC humour and whether the Hotel brochure author's claim that this property is "Northern BC's greatest treasure" was written with tongue-in-cheek however notwithstanding the hyperbole the Hotel suited us admirably ! As a seasoned traveler you get a sixth sense about how good a hotel is by the behaviour of the staff towards their guests. This... More
