Don't expect anything out of the ordinary here. The rooms are clean but pretty dark. The pool is small, but fine. Breakfast is high on the refined sugar type of food but enough to fill you up. The rooms are really outdated. I was on the first floor and the whole room leaned to one side, stuff actually rolled into the corner the floor was so uneven. We like this hotel, close but not on the beach, very quiet at night, lots of parking. From the hotel we can walk almost anywhere in Penticton, close to the channel. Nice pool, mini park for kids, free internet, good breakfast, almost a family feeling. Rooms are, however, a little bit dated. More

The ladies at the front desk were very helpfull moving us into a room with a balcony overlooking the pool rather than the parking lot.
