Clean Hotel and friendly staff. The Lake view is incredible. 3 great places on site for food and beverages. Cookies and apple were a nice touch. The business rooms are great for lots of inclusions, parking, breakfast, night snack, bottle water and wireless. For me it works. Take a west beach view if you are concerned about a little bit of noise... More

Although we stayed only one night, the hotel revealed its tired and worn out personality as soon as we checked in. The staff was friendly and professional but sadly our roon was simply not up to standard. The bathroom floor was chipped, the carpet worn, and worst of all, a pair of underwear from a previous guest was tucked under... More

$128/night queen room overlooking the parking lot , plus $5 to park in an unsecured lot full of noisy drunks after dark. Broken floor tile in a rundown (but mostly clean) bathroom. Towels like sandpaper. Bashed in walls needing repair and paint. Noisy air-conditioner means either sleep or cooling, but not both. It's a casino, so any accommodation experience is... More

The hotel is old and noisy. We paid for a King suite which had peeling wallpaper, stained carpets and cracked tiles. The walls are paper thin so every noise can be heard, from people in the hallway to those partying in the bar below. The promised cookies and fruit never did arrive. When the alarm clock in the room beside... More

Stayed here for one night in April and although we had a smaller room, we were able to upgrade to a king suite on the 6th floor.Spacious, comfortable, balcony and maids came by with complimentary cookies and apples upon check in...nice touch. The room was accompanied with a free breakfast at the hotel restaurant which was a very nice feature.... More

We booked this for a Valentines getaway, went online and looked past the "best available rate" at $130, to the "last minute rate" and found a $79 special! At this rate there were no King bed rooms so we got the 2 Queens, and of course this was not lakeside, but we had a little balcony that once you looked... More

I've been forced to go to this hotel twice on business when travelling with other colleagues. My first experience was bad, my second was TERRIBLE! First off, during the winter Penticton is dead - however this hotel still charges for parking in an empty parking lot. Probably the only hotel south of Kelowna in the valley that charges for parking.... More

What a great resort! I had a great view for a great price. I went here with my girlfriend for a vacation and found this resort. Don't listen to the other reviews, this place was top notch. My TV worked just fine and I did not see a single bed bug in my bed. If you want to have a... More

As is our custom, we decided to on a New Year's romantic couples getaway. We like to keep things local, so as to be able to fully enjoy ourselves without the need to travel. This year, it was at the Penticton Lakeside Resort. their "Getaway Package" included 2 nights with 1 dinner and 2 breakfasts. Check-in was friendly and efficient... More

We decided to celebrate our anniversary at this place. Really...the TV didn't work..finally found out it was the connection. Fridge came with milk and bread (not ours!) and crumbs on the floor. Nice cigarette burns on the rug. For a hotel in this class? I expected better. All rooms with a view...ours was the roof. Also charges $5 for self... More
