Fairly comfortable room. I was right by the stairwell (2nd floor)so quite noisy from people coming and going. Five coworkers and I stayed rented six kitchenettes for three weeks at this hotel, and had no issues whatsoever. This hotel was one of the best places i have stayed before in my life=) Its very clean and the pl there are very nice and caring they go out of there way to make sure the guest are happy with there room and everythgin else around them ! I will be deff. staying there again in the furture =)) More

Booked Penticton for parents due to location and they found it a great location for walking into Pendicton with easy parking for those nervous with right hand driving! I stayed here with my young children and myself, and we were very happy with it. The beds room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the staff very friendly. We didn't eat here, but certainly enjoyed the pool. We will be back the next time we are in Penticton. Thanks to the great staff for making our visit enjoyable! More

Good service up front, really nice but then... Needs complete update of furniture, carpet and tv, to start. Then put some insulation in the walls and a thicker door that keeps noise out.
