The owner of this motel pretended to be a friend of my wife & I, then she spread vicious rumours about us to our friends and families. This is not a friendly establishment in my experience.

I booked a room for three nights as my sister and I were attending a convention. When I read the reviews I was a little apprehensive but thought we would make the best of it. We had a very clean room with frig and microwave and did not hear any of the traffic. would stay there again.

Stayed 4 nights at this accomodation and enjoyed it. Yes there was a few things that could have been better but overall got what we paid for. Good kitchenette, comfortable beds, bright clean washrrom. Yes there is traffic noise but what do you expect being situated on the main drag?!! I would say a six out of ten.

We stayed at the Bluebird on our way to Tofino. The innkeeper told us he would charge us extra if we used the 2nd bed in a room with 2 beds!! The room was dingly and old and there was mold in the bathroom. I would never stay there again....I would rather put up my tent.
