With the Sheraton name and prices I expected an upscale hotel, but was highly disappointed. The rooms furnishings were updated, the room clean, and the bed comfortable, but that's about it. I spent four nights at the Sheraton Hotel in Red Deer and am surprised that it is a Sheraton. The hotel itself is quite tired and no amount of new paint will cover up its age. “Double Charged!!”

Stayed at the hotel for 1 night last week. Was double charged. Called to resolve the issue. Was told they could see the double charge on my account - but there was no one with the ability to reverse the mistake. No manager on duty on a Friday night? Unaccepteble from a Sheraton property. Disappointed.

“Good hotel”

This hotel contains anything you could possibly want or need with a shopping center, cafes, a beauty salon, and meeting rooms right in the hotel. The only thing lacking was that when we arrived there was only one person at the front desk and a long line-up waiting to check-in.

“Great Sleep, great hotel”

I stayed for a business conference and have to say that I was so impressed with the front desk staff, the club room and the beds. Oh my, what a good nights sleep. I would definitely come back and recommend this hotel to anyone. It was home away from home, only better.
