Needed to book an additional room at the last minute. They were very accommodating. Charged the same as my original room and managed to get it on the same floor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We went to the bar. The staff were a lot of fun. Street outside is very busy and noisy. Beds are comfortable with better... More

In city for two nites. While the room was acceptable, it is pretty obvious that the hotel needs a renovation. As someone said, rooms and decor are dated. And the heating/cooling unit is just too noisy. Sliding glass doors to outside (no balcony) were so old that the gap between glass doors was clearly evident, not only visually but by... More

Bruce Primeau - General Manager: Thank you for choosing the Sandman Hotel Lethbridge for your most recent stay. I am sorry to hear about the PTAC unit in your room being too noisy. Although our maintenance program sees them checked on a monthly basis, we do rely on guest comments to effect repairs sooner if they are not functioning properly.... More

Stayed for one night on a weekend. Service was good. the rooms and decor are somewhat dated. Heating fan in room ran constantly resulting a poor night's sleep. Location is great but the hotel could use a renovation. Will probably look elsewhere the next time we go to Lethbridge. More

Still best deal in Lethbridge front desk very knowledgeable and good at check in. Rates were amazing we got a room with a king bed for $94.00 per night senior rate. They upgraded at front desk without being asked. Walking distance to finer restaurant but we just always eat downstairs at Denny's. Good service and fast. Also has a large... More

I stayed at the Sandman while at a Teacher's Convention in Lethbridge. Although the carpets looked a little in need of cleaning and some areas looked worn I would totally recommend the hotel due to the service I received there. Our hairdryer did not work in the morning and so my roommate and I reported it to the desk. By... More

When I first checked in I was dissapointed that the new employee was unable to move me to a renovated room, but the manager went WAY above and beyond for me. Fantastic job making it right and making me feel valued!! New employees make mistakes it's life; how you FIX it is what truly makes a leader and a business.... More

General Manager - Bruce Primeau: I am glad I was able to rectify your concerns while you were still in the hotel. I have also taken your example and used it as a teaching tool for not only my new staff member but to remind everyone on our team of the importance of being able to problem solve. As you... More

Great Staff, clean renovated rooms, comfy beds....too bad about the Denny's and the 2 minute page loads. The staff is fabulous, caring and seem very dedicated to ensuring your stay is pleasant. My expectations are totally met at this property save for the restaurant and the poor internet. Slow internet speeds make for ponderously slow work if you have to do any... More

Overall the hotel was pretty good. Having a Denny's was nice, but not as nice as having a free continental breakfast like some other chains do. The rooms were average in every way. The pool and hot tub were nice. I was there with fellow Saskatoon Valkyries teammates (Women's tackle football). The staff put up with us quite well, considering... More
