Staff were unprofessional and rude. Phone didn't work. Toilet wouldn't flush. They moved us immediately to the room next door. Beds were comfortable. Everything else in the room was poorly and cheaply finished and old. Toilet and sinks were old and chipped. Grouting appeared unsanitary. Spend a few more dollars to go elsewhere.

I booked our christmas party at the Quality Inn this year...usually I book it at a different hotel...Our buffet supper was excellent...we had prime rib and turkey...the young man who tended the bar was excellent...he was very friendly and made our night very enjoyable...overall we had an excellent time...hopefully next year we will have it there again...

We had our Christmas Party at this hotel and were disappointed with the service of the staff. We found the bartender was slow, and the manager there that night was very unprofessional. We had to change one of the rooms rented because we found dirty towels in the bathroom (changing of the rooms was no problem).

staying at the Quality Hotel staff are friendly. however rooms are bit tired but beds are comfortable. Bathroom is aged and sink drains very slowly. Windows dont open but are large windows overlooking the city.
