My family with 3 boys under the age of 7 visited on Feb 19th. The rooms were clean, service at the first desk was extremely helpful and friendly. My boys LOVED the waterslide and the pool water was surprisingly warm. We definitely will be coming back soon. The only negative thing was the lady smelling like Pot in the elevator.

Very disappointed,both rooms were dirty. The tub had hair in it, the fridge and coffee maker were dirty and a noise complaint about a one year old that ran from one room to another, pretty sad. Pool door is right beside front desk very uncomfortable when its busy. Won't be back.

The price was right, and the location was handy. Lots of food choices nearby, and stuff to do.
The pool was pretty fun, and anytime breakfast is included is a bonus!

Stayed here last winter after one night at a horrible, dirty place (Travelodge, West End). The rooms were clean and very comfy. Definately one of the best places we've stayed at... ever! :)

The hotel was clean, front dest clerks were friendly, helpful & effecient. Room was quiet & clean. The beds were comfortable. The kids loved the pool/slide. The only negative was that once other families arrived at the pool, there was no room for adults to splash around.

Great place to stop over if staying in the city for a few days with your kids and a dog. It has a pool with a slide for the kids, a continental breakfast, and thit is pet friendly. Always great service.
