The hotel is staffed unfortunately without any customer service at all. The rooms were really nice (floor 7) had opportunity to see floor three- wouldn't have stayed there, it was sketchy. The room was clean however, the other parts of the hotel and public areas were quite dirty.

Loud noise all night from ventilating system. Street people begging, I don't what else I can say. Choose this place because it was close to Rexall Place for the hockey game. Staff was great hotel rooms not so good.
