Right in front of the Mall (just walk), friendly Staff, Nice and comfortable rooms with an affordable price! you have to walk to Fantasy hotel inside the mall for Breakfast but I dont see any problem with that. You pay less and have the same service of a 5 star!

No heat in room, no maintenance staff on duty, and no manager on site. Front Desk clerk only on duty. The location next to the West Edmonton Mall is great, but this actual hotel was the worst that my wife and daughter have ever stayed in. Did not even have adequate locks on the hotel room door.

It was a decent room with 2 queen sized beds. The room looked outdated though and definitely needs an upgrade. For $168/night, we probably could have gotten a better deal elsewhere. No restaurant and gym facilities. The pillows were small and nothing great. The airconditioning didn't work well and was qyite warm for most of our stay.
