Very conveniently located to West Ed Mall. Standard but Clean rooms. Excellent front desk staff. Kids enjoyed the waterslide and pool...with the added safety of an attendant watching the waterslide. Parking was not an issue and we DID NOT have bedbugs.(which unfortunately these little bugs can be found in all classes of hotels all around the world) The price is... More

Found bed bugs in our room .. They only check a few rooms every couple of weeks for them . According to manager on duty .. We were treated poorly .. Needless to say .. Will never return .. Old TVs and hot tub too hot for me .. Stay elsewhere ! More

Admittedly, I was expecting this hotel to be worse than it turned out to be. The outside of the hotel doesn't inspire much confidence and a facelift is absolutely in order. The parking is accessible from 3 streets though and there is ample parking so that is a bonus. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful and our room... More

First off, I will give the positives for the hotel. The price is really cheap. The location, if you are going to the West Edmonton Mall is great, and as far as I could tell by looking, there were no bedbugs to be found. Now for the negatives. The room was insanely small. Had a room with 2 beds in... More

Will never stay here ever again!! Room was disgusting there was something stained on the roof, that they washed off after the second day, and only because we complained. Bed was uncomfortable! Keys had to be rekeyed more than once, something stained on the carpet toilet didn't shut off had to shake the handle to get it to stop running.... More

I hated this hotel never gonna come back, it wasn't clean at all, the corners had dirt in them, the beds were disgusting I found hair under the pillows. The water park sucked, the pool was dirty, and the hot tub was too hot and dirty. More

I booked into this hotel because we needed to stay on the west end of Edmonton and I wanted the kids to have a waterslide. It had a waterslide, and a good one at that. But the pool and waterslide was the only upside to this hotel. Rooms are incredibly small and outdated. Our room smelled of smoke even though... More

I spent two nights at the hotel and was surprised at how poorly kept it was. I was under the impression that Travelodge was a descent 3 star hotel, but this location was barely a two star accommodation. The place wasn't well maintained, and carpets in the hallway were stained. The room had two comfortable queen sized beds, but everything... More

If you need to stay somewhere in West Edmonton, this would be your average motel to stay at. Pros - Swimming pool and water slide, plenty of parking, Free WiFi, helpful staff, as soon as you get to your room they call to see if all is well, fridge and microwave in room. Smittys restaurant located right in the premise.... More

Good value for money. Pros - front staff, rooms were fairly clean, pool and hot tub area were clean and good temperature. Cons - walls and doors are thin, 2am door knockers (partiers) were addressed quickly by staff. Overall would stay again. I am thinking perhaps some are confusing this hotel with the other Travelodge (south) in Edmonton. Wife and... More
