The elevator was working, it was horrible to bring all bags up to the 3rd floor. No spaces for parking, we had to squeeze and hope we didn't scratch any other cars. Hotel was alright. Rough area. Used to be a run down Hotel. Can't improve the area however some areas need renovating.
