Our room was fairly standard for Banff, a nice big twin Queen bed room, nicely decorated, with a good sized bath and shower, and lovely views to the mountains. The only things I did notice were that I had to ask for a bath-plug, and there was dust under the bed. One thing did put me off the place -... More

I stayed here a couple months ago. I ended up moving to a different hotel/resort. Where do I begin....There were holes in the bathroom walls, very basic tv, most stations didn't work, there was a tea kettle in the room but no tea bags to be found, I couldn't find a phone book in the room, you have to move... We stayed overnight last April 7, 2012 with our kids. They do include damage deposit ($200 per night I suppose) when they pre-auth your credit card when you check in. It's fine, but they should have at least told us about the damage deposit when we called for reservation. Staff were helpful. The room is pretty nice and big and... More

We stayed here six nights. Despite the noisy/inconsiderate/drunken fools we heard on the first night (Easter weekend) our stay was very comfortable. The reception staff were pretty helpful and we were able to move to another room, store our bags on the last day and provide change when the vending machine kept our money. The rooms were relatively large (two... More

Nice room, immaculate, and the service was quite helpful. We were in town for a ski weekend, and this location was an easy walk to downtown. They helped us out with discount ski tickets for Lake Louise. Included underground parking and free internet was an appreciated bonus. Continental breakfast is pretty good, though as expected the coffee isn't great. I... More

We stayed here for 2 nights. Enjoyed our stayed except for the noise on the Saturday night. I understand that weekends in banff are busy so it was expected. The rooms are a good size. Has all the amenities that are needed for a family. The continental breakfast was good. Monday morning was a bit of a disappointment as there... More

We stayed in the honeymoon suite, even thOugh we weren't in our honeymoon. It cost 130 bucks for the night and the bed was awesome, the tub - huge and we had the mountain view. Worth it. If you are use to luxury and people doing things for you, this place is not for you. But if you are looking... More

This was our second time here, the previous time being two summers ago. We like it then and we liked it now. The hotel has free underground parking and a continental breakfast with lots of choices and as much as you want. It is on the main street within easy walking distance of restaurants, shopping, etc, including a nearby Safeway.... More

Nice little hotel easy walking distance to downtown Banff. We booked a double queen room and were very surprised by the size. Beds were comfortable and the kids liked the pool. Underground parking was a plus and the continental breakfast was good enough to get the day started. Would recommend for a budget conscious traveller or family. We were put... More
