We stayed here 20th April 2013, for a family wedding. What a gem we found! It was immaculate and very very friendly. what a surprise 4 star accomodation for such a reasonable price only booked two nights wish it had been two weeks .Breakfast was great big english and Irene was so accomodating with grandsons food.Would recommend to any age group. Hope to go back next year.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Irene was very welcoming and the room was comfortable. The location is great, nice and quiet, but still easy to walk to the beach (on our first night we walked down to the beach and there were several houses with parties, so we were very grateful to be staying here!). Definitely recommended!

I would recommend 9 Beach Road if you want somewhere clean, comfortable,friendly and within walking distance of Porthtowan beach. Irene was very helpful and we felt very well looked after.Breakfasts were delicious too. I would certainly stay here again

Recently stayed with two friends and a toddler. Was made to feel very welcome by Irene and nothing was too much trouble. Accomodation was clean and cozy and the breakfast were yum and hot! With the beach just minutes away, this is a great find and I plan to go back.

Very warm reception.Quiet.Immaculate.Comfortable.Great value.My wife and I stayed for one night in a double en suite.The attention to detail was 100%. Breakfast was very good. Would highly recommend and we will return.
