Hotel did not find the confirmed SABRE reservation, said there was no reservation at all, unfreandly and not professional receptionists, hotel is really old. Take care with onlinebookings, probably they won't go through to the hotel and you will arrive and hotel answers that no reservation made. ..

My husband and I stayed at Condado Plaza for 2 nights. Our room was just as described with two full size beds, tv with cable, view of the Plaza next door and a bath tub! The room was quiet and nice and dark.
The service throughout our whole stay was excellent. Everyone was very helpful and a few people spoke...
