I stayed on this hotel for 3 nights in June 2010 what I can say except the service was really terrible but the worst of all was the stuff in the front desk plus the manager !Is not exceptable for 5 star hotels to have such a unprofessional and rude stuff! More

Hotel is nice, but many rooms are quite noisy. Windows are not noise-proof and you can hear much street traffic. By any means, do not accept rooms right above the lobby and foyer, as you can spend all night hearing obnoxious lobby noise. The level of noise is truly unexpected for a hotel of this category. More

We had a room with King bed reserved and the front desk gave us a double bed instead. When confronted, they played the no room available game until we insist they honor the confirmed reservation.
