I have been to el delfin blanco twice and both times had a great experience. Osa, the owner, is fantastic and values the personal experience vs. the corporate resorts that are going up in her backyard. the location is great if you want convenience but off-the-beaten path. the courtyard is magical. great restaurants nearby. can't recommend highly enough!
