I tried to cancel my hotel reservation five days ahead of the date originally scheduled, due to my grandfathers unexpected death, and they would not refund my reservation. Unfortunately I had done it through orbitz and they are not much help either.

Great little gem in a fantastic central location surrounded by some cool art boutiques. I was surprised to see such great talent! Fun shops! The restaurant has a really great vibe. The layout & decor really exudes a sense of uniqueness. The food is good! Service lacks nothing...great place for cocktails. Overall we had a very memorable experience. Highly recommend!!!

Really had a wonderful time staying at Casa Natalia. Cesar, Mayeli and Eduardo took great care of us and made our stay hassle free and enjoyable. The staff of Casa Natalia were amazing. Hotel is small but its pretty and very clean. I would go back and stay here again next time;)
