We started out at the Pueblo Bonito on the Pacific side and found it beautiful but too remote for our liking. We were moved the the Rose sister resort and were thrilled. This was our second trip to Rose and we loved it. Guadalupe was the best! He was right there and ready to assist us immediately. Great guy! Our trip was cut short by a family emergency and Iliana was extremely helpful and accomodating. We will return again! Loved it!

The people who work there made our vacation fantastic. Specifically, Isreal by the pool was the very best, so professional and clearly loves what he does. Others that were so friendly and treated us great were Heidi, Cecy, Pedro, Armando and Evel. If we go back, it will be because of these people!!!a Great vacation!!
