Stayed here for one night whilst attending a function nearby. Comfortable bedroom - nice clean bathroom with plenty of towels. Had to leave early in the morning so couldn't take advantage of a cooked breakfast but the continental was more than adequate. Recommended. More

Friendly staff and food was to a good standard with plenty of choice. The small fish and chips was more than big enough whilst the chicken kebab from the specials board proved to be a good choice. Downside was as already detailed in earlier reviews, noisy locals at the bar when we were dining early evening. More

Stayed here during January 21st 2012 using the accommodation facilities as we were eating elsewhere. The pub is a great country pub which is large and accommodating.
