“Great place”

We have stopped at Ana y Jose two years in a row for a full day in the beach including drinks and lunch with friends. We knew it wasn't cheap but it is worth the price you pay. We all ordered sea food and were very pleased, Mr. Octavio at the beach side made sure we had a great time.... More

“Beautiful place to stay, but...”

We stayed here in April of 2013 for 10 days and had a great time. We stayed in the room Amanacer which was a little bungalow steps from the beach. “Not the same under new management”

After coming here for 12 years, I can safely say we won't be returning any time soon. If you enjoyed the old Ana y Jose, too bad because this ain't it. We stopped by for an expensive but mediocre lunch and after lunch when we walked to the beach we were asked for $20 each to sit in a chair... More

“Ripped off”

We did not stay at the hotel, but visited the beach club for a couple hours on our last day in Tulum. We parked in the main parking area and locked the vehicle. While we were enjoying the beach, our car was broken into and our luggage was stolen. We only discovered this as we were leaving for the airport... More

We did not stay at the hotel, but we used the beach club and restaurant for several days and loved the services. We used the spa and the beach rentals. We ate both lunch and dinner in the restaurant over looking the beach. Food and drinks were excellent.
